Gestion ADC Newsletter June 1st 2018
After 22 years of existence, Gestion ADC has achieved several successes and created several partnerships with local cree communities and key customers as Hydro-Québec. As an example, an Operational Table has been established between ADC & Hydro-Québec Management to review our operations and agree as a team on several subjects to be improved or adjusted. Two major labor agreements were negotiated with our Hydro-Québec employees and are now in place to serve well our customer with a dedicated workforce.
We are working closely with our three main JV with local partners (Kiskinshiish-WCS-Miyuu Kaa) to satisfy our mining customers while creating several jobs for our cree communities. As an example, with our local Joint Venture partner Miyuu Kaa from the Waswanipi community, we did signed a new contract last February with our customer Osisko to serve their janitorial needs at their Windfall lake site.
Acting as an independent subsidiary of CREECO was a nice challenge for the new Management team of Gestion ADC. The structure was adjusted and new players were brought in. A new Strategic plan is under execution and focusing on our Employees engagement and our Customer Satisfaction First approach to support the Vision, Mission and Values of Gestion ADC.
