These menus are approved by the client and alternate every week. Daily breakfasts and dinners are hot meals, while lunch and overnight meals are usually served through a distribution counter that offers sandwiches, desserts and cool or warm drinks.<\/p>\n<p>Meals are served 7 days a week to those working on the site. A cold buffet is also available for all meals.
